We were searching for an alternative cocktail mix that wasn’t high in sugar and carbohydrates. The journey in our kitchen began only to create a low carbohydrate, low calorie, low sodium and sugar free Margarita. We concocted batch after batch trying them out on friends and neighbors. Eventually we were able to remove ALL the sugar and ALL carbohydrates and make it low sodium with only five calories. Finally SCALES Cocktails were perfected.
